Founded in the United States by senior investigators with extensive backgrounds in insurance fraud investigations, surveillance, and litigation support. Early assignments established the investigative standards and methodologies that continue to guide our work today.

Established our European headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic, creating a strategic base for serving clients throughout Central Europe and the European Union. Launched Exero Claims as a dedicated insurance investigations division serving insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured organizations, and legal professionals across the Czech Republic and Europe. The division combines decades of investigative experience with modern intelligence and fraud detection capabilities to support complex claims, fraud investigations, and litigation matters.
