LITIGATION SUPPORT

Litigation Support & Expert Witness

Court-ready evidence packages for insurance litigation. OSINT, asset tracing, subject background work, and expert witness testimony in Czech civil proceedings.

About This Service

Litigation support and expert witness work is where investigative findings meet courtroom admissibility. Once an insurance claim moves into formal proceedings, the evidence has to meet the standards of the Czech civil courts. Exero Claims puts together, reviews, and fills in the gaps in investigation files so they can be filed as trial exhibits or used as the basis for expert testimony on investigative method and fraud indicators.

We start by reading through the existing claim file to see what is strong, what is weak, and what is missing. Where the file has holes, we run further investigation to close them before proceedings move on. That can include OSINT, asset tracing, subject profiling, and independent verification of contested facts. Every exhibit comes with a chain of custody, a provenance record, and a proportionality assessment that holds up under Czech civil procedure.

Senior investigators are available to write expert reports and give oral testimony in Czech civil proceedings. We advise counsel on what the investigation supports in settlement talks, prepare witness notes for cross-examination, and give a candid view on how the claim file will hold up under scrutiny. All work is done under legal privilege and on instructions from the commissioning party.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Evidence File Review

We work through the existing claim file, investigation file, and any prior evidence to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and cross-examination exposure, and document each for counsel.

  2. 02

    Supplementary Investigation

Where the file contains gaps or contested facts, targeted additional investigation is conducted. This may include re-interviews, missing document recovery, or independent verification of disputed evidence.

  3. 03

    OSINT Analysis and Subject Profiling

Open-source intelligence work produces a detailed subject profile, including lifestyle analysis, network mapping, and any undisclosed assets or affiliations.

  4. 04

    Asset Tracing

Structured asset tracing identifies real property, corporate interests, financial flows, and recoverable assets relevant to subrogation, enforcement, or settlement assessment.

  5. 05

    Court-Ready Evidence Package

All exhibits are compiled with a master report, exhibit index, chain-of-custody documentation, and provenance records. The package is formatted for direct submission under Czech civil procedure rules.

  6. 06

    Expert Witness Preparation and Testimony

Senior investigators prepare written expert reports, witness statements, and cross-examination briefing materials. Oral testimony is available in Czech and English.
